You can search for 'RentEase' in the App Store or Google Play Store and download it for free. You can also directly download it from the 'App Store' and 'Google Play' icons on this page.
Is the app free?
Yes, the app is free to download and use. However, a 5% fee (excluding consumption tax) will be charged when using the service. Up to 1.2% of the payment amount will be returned as points.
What information is required for account registration?
You will need your name, email address, phone number, property information, and credit card details. You will also need to submit identification documents.
Can businesses register as well?
Yes, businesses can also register. For rental properties under a business name, individuals other than the representative can also register.
Can someone other than the property’s lease contract holder make payments?
Yes, but the applicant and the name on the credit card must be the same.
What types of properties can be registered?
Both residential and commercial properties can be registered, with a maximum monthly rent of 5 million yen. Apartments, houses, offices, stores, and more are supported.
