With RentEase, you can earn up to 1.2% of your rent payment as points. However, please note that service charges (5% + consumption tax) are not eligible for points.

Points are awarded after RentEase completes the rent transfer to the property management company or landlord.
About RentEase Points
- 1 point = 1 yen for purchases.
- No expiration (as long as new points are earned within 365 days).
