With RentEase, you can earn up to 1.2% of your rent payment as points. However, please note that 5.5% service fee (including consumption tax) is not eligible for point rewards.

When Are Points Awarded?
Points are awarded after RentEase completes the rent transfer to the property management company or landlord.
About RentEase Points
- 1 point = 1 yen for purchases.
- The points are valid for one year from the date they are awarded.
How to Use Your Points
Earned points can be used to offset rent payments at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen. Please note that the virtual prepaid card feature is scheduled to be available within 2025.
