What is the payment cycle?
After the tenant’s initial credit card payment is completed, we will transfer the funds to the real estate company’s designated bank account according to the following schedule:
・Payments completed by 9:00 a.m. on the 1st to the 14th → Transferred on the 25th of the same month
・Payments completed after 9:00 a.m. on the 15th until the end of the month → Transferred on the 25th of the following month
In addition, for automatic payments and transfers after the first payment, credit card payments will be automatically processed on the 15th of each month, and the transfer will be made on the 25th of that month.
※1 Because of system maintenance, no payment processing can be performed between 9:00 a.m. on the 14th and 9:00 a.m. on the 15th of each month.
※2 If the 25th falls on a weekend or public holiday, the transfer will be made on the following business day.
※3 Due to interbank payment processing or system maintenance, the transfer may occasionally be delayed longer than usual.
