Important Considerations When Using a Debit Card

Account Balance

Unlike credit cards, debit card payments are deducted immediately from your bank account.

If your account balance is insufficient on the the payment date(the 15th of each month), the payment will fail, and the rent transfer to the management company will not occur.

Payment Timing

First Payment: Processed immediately when the card is registered.

Subsequent Payments: Processed automatically on the 15th of each month between 8:50am~9:00am.
