The details of a RentEase Single Payment Certificate, such as the payment amount and recipient's bank information, can be changed as long as the payment has not yet been completed.
Please understand that once the payment is complete, for security reasons, no details can be changed.
Items You Can Change
The following items can currently be changed directly within the app:
- Payment Amount
- Recipient's Bank Information (The bank account details of your real estate company or landlord)
- Payer's Name (Your name that is displayed to the recipient when the transfer is made)
Steps to Make Changes (Before Payment)
- From the app's home screen, tap the "Single Payment Certificate" you wish to modify.
- From the menu at the bottom of the screen, tap "View Certificate".
- Tap the "Edit" button next to the item you want to change, then modify and save your changes.
How to Change Other Information
Items other than those listed above, such as property information (e.g., property name, address), cannot be edited.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to create a new Single Payment Certificate with the correct information.
