RentEase is a service that allows you to change your rent payments to a credit card. The basic usage of the app is entirely free. However, a service fee will be charged when paying rent with a credit card.

Service Usage Fee
When paying rent using the RentEase service with a credit card, the following service fees apply:
- Service Fee: 5% of rent, initial costs, and renewal fees
- Consumption Tax: An additional consumption tax will be applied to the service fee.

While a service fee applies, you can still make the most of the following two reward programs.
- RentEase Points
・Earn up to 1.2% cashback on rent payments
・1 point = ¥1
・Earned points can be used for rent payments or online shopping. - Credit Card Points & Miles
・Earn points or miles based on your credit card’s reward program.
・Reward rates vary by card issuer; please check with your provider for details.
