To use the RentEase service, we ask that you upload the lease agreement for your current property. Please review the following information before uploading.
Important Notes for Uploading
1. Upload Images Where Required Items are Clearly Visible
The images you upload must clearly show the following items. Please either photograph the entire agreement or take multiple photos of the relevant sections to ensure all items are visible.
- Required Items
- Property Address
- Building Name
- Rent (including items in the monthly rent, such as management fees)
- Lease Agreement Period
- Signature and Seal Area (sections for both the lessor/landlord and lessee/tenant are required)
2. For Electronic Contracts
If you are using an electronic lease agreement, please upload a document that certifies the contract has been finalized (such as a certificate of contract conclusion). If we cannot verify the certificate, we may ask you to upload additional documents.
3. Number of Uploads and File Size Limits
- You can upload a maximum of 3 images.
- The maximum size for each file is 10MB.
If you have a separate contract (e.g., for parking)
Even if you have a separate agreement for parking fees or other services, please prioritize uploading the main residential lease agreement that contains the required items listed above. It is not a problem if you cannot upload the separate contract due to the image limit.
