When You Cannot Change Your Payment Method
After the First Payment
Once your first payment is completed, your payment method is locked until the 15th at 9:00 AM of the following month.
Examples
- First payment on June 20 → Payment method cannot be changed until July 15 at 9:00 AM
- First payment on July 3 → Payment method cannot be changed until July 15 at 9:00 AM.
After Adding a New Credit Card
When you add a new card, a payment is immediately processed. This new card is locked as the main card until the 15th at 9:00 AM of the following month.
Examples
- New card added on June 27 → That card will be the main card until July 15 at 9:00 AM.
When the Lock Period Ends
Once the lock period ends, you can change the card. If you add a new card during this time, a new lock period will apply until 15th at 9:00 AM of the following month.
