RentEase points for rent payments are awarded after the rent transfer to the management company or landlord is completed. You can check your awarded points in the RentEase app.
Timing of Point Awarding
- Earn up to 1.2% of your rent payment as points.
- Points are reflected in the app within 1–3 business days after RentEase completes the rent transfer.
How to Check Points
You can check it from the home screen or My Card section in the RentEase app.
