At RentEase, you are required to register your property information. Please refer to your actual rental agreement and follow the steps below to enter the details accurately.
Setup Instructions
1. Select the Property Type
Choose the most appropriate usage category for your property from the following options:
- Residence
- Office
- Shop
- Warehouse
- Factory
- Other
※If the property has multiple uses, select the primary purpose.
2. Enter the Address Information. Refer to your rental agreement and enter the property details accurately.
3. Double-check the entered information and tap [Next] to complete the setup.
Explanation of Each Field and How to Enter Information
When entering each field, please refer to the property information section of your rental agreement and input the details accurately.
Property Type
Select the most appropriate property type from the following options:
- Residence
- Office
- Shop
- Warehouse
- Factory
- Other
※If the property has multiple uses, select the primary purpose.
Postal Code, Prefecture, and City/Town
Enter the 7-digit postal code as written in your rental agreement using half-width numbers. Then, tap "Auto-Fill Address" to automatically populate the prefecture and city/town fields.
Example）1000001
Street Address
Enter the street address as written in your rental agreement.
Example）1-2-3 , 2丁目23番地5
Building Name
Enter the building name as stated in the rental agreement.
Example）〇〇マンション , ○○ビル
※If there is no building name, enter「なし」or「戸建」
Room Number
For apartments and condominiums, enter the room number as written in the rental agreement.
Example）101 , 301号室 , 1階
※If there is no room number, enter「なし」.
