RentEase is a service that allows rent payments to be made by credit card. The main features are as follows
- You can pay your monthly rent using a credit card.
- Available for both individuals and corporations.
- Supports properties with monthly rent up to 5 million yen, regardless of whether they are residential or commercial.
*For commercial properties, the limit is 5 million yen (including tax).
Main Features of RentEase:
1. Credit Card Payment
Rent is automatically charged to your registered credit card on the 15th of each month.
※ Payment will be processed upon initial credit card registration. From the second payment onward, transactions will be processed on the 15th of each month.
2. Transfer to Management Company
On the 25th of each month, RentEase transfers the rent to the management company or landlord using the transfer name registered in the app.
3. Point Rewards
1.2% of the rent payment amount is returned as RentEase points. Accumulated points can be used for paying rent, shopping, and more.
