This is an important notice for users with an active RentEase Lease Agreement whose credit card payment is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15th, 2025.

To ensure a smooth payment process, we kindly ask you to check and take necessary actions regarding the following points in advance.

[Please Check Your Card Information Before Payment]

Payments will be processed sequentially starting from midnight (0:00 AM JST) on April 15th. To prevent payment failure, please check the following regarding your registered credit card beforehand:

• Available Credit Limit
• Expiration Date
• Suspension due to suspected fraudulent activity, etc.
• Security Authentication (Please note that we support 2D Secure only; 3D Secure is not supported)
• Restrictions on internationally issued cards, etc.

[In Case of Payment Failure]

If your payment fails for any reason, you will receive a notification in the app. Please check the notification and follow the steps in the app to make the payment again.

There are two methods for repayment: paying with your card within the app or making a direct bank transfer outside the app.

<Important Notes Regarding Repayment>

• If you make a direct bank transfer to the management company, etc., outside the app, please be sure to select [Pay without App] for the corresponding unpaid amount within the app. If this step is not completed, the amount may remain marked as unpaid, potentially preventing subsequent monthly payments.
• The card used for repayment within the app will be automatically set as your primary card for future payments.
• Please understand that RentEase cannot be held responsible for payment delays due to payment failure or failure to complete the bank transfer by the rent payment deadline.

[App Function Restrictions Before and After the Payment Period]

Please be advised that some app functions will be temporarily restricted during the following period due to payment processing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Restriction Period: 9:00 AM JST on Monday, April 14th, 2025 to 9:00 AM JST on Tuesday, April 15th, 2025
• Restricted Functions:
  • Creating, editing, or invalidating RentEase Lease Agreements
  • Stopping subscriptions
  • Adding or changing credit card information

[If You Wish to Stop the April 15th Payment]

If you wish to stop the payment scheduled for April 15th, please ensure you complete the "Stop Subscription" process within the app before 9:00 AM JST on Monday, April 14th, prior to the start of the function restriction period.
