How to change the payment amount.

RentEase allows you to change the payment amount. Please follow the steps below.

Change Procedure

Log in to the app.

Tap on "Payment" at the bottom of the screen.

Select "Change" under "This Month's Payment".

Enter the new amount.

Press the "Change" button to complete the process.。

Danger
Verify the changed amount of rent after making changes.

Timing of Changes

If changed between the 1st and 15th by 8:50 AM

The new amount will be reflected in the current month's payment to the management company.Example: Changed on June 10 → Applied to the payment on June 25.

If changed between 9:00 AM on the 15th and the end of the month

The new amount will be reflected in next month's payment to the management company.Example: Changed on June 20 → Applied to the payment on July 25.

Including Renewal Fees

RentEase allows payments that include renewal fees. Please note that depending on the timing of change, the inclusion of the renewal fee may be reflected in the current month or the following month.

Example：

Setting the amount including the renewal fee on June 10 → Reflected on June 25.

Setting the amount including the renewal fee on June 20 → Reflected on July 25.

Danger

Handling of ShortfallIf there is a shortfall in the amount, the customer must directly deposit the shortfall to the management company. Please understand that we are unable to process this request.

Handling of Excess AmountIf the amount exceeds the required payment, the management company must handle the refund procedure after the amount is deposited to the management company.  Please understand that we are unable to process this request.
