Can I change the payment date?

Can I change the payment date?

No, RentEase does not allow changes to the transfer date. The transfer schedule is fixed as follows:

Credit Card Payment Date: 15th of every month (Between 0:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
Transfer to Management Company: 25th of every month

Information

In case the 15th is a holiday. (i.e., the credit card payment date falls on a holiday)
Processed as usual, even on weekends or holidays.
In case 25th is a holiday. (i.e., the rent transfer date falls on a holiday)
the transfer will be made on the next business day.

Check Your Credit Card Balance Before Payment Date

Make sure your credit card has enough available balance before the 15th.

In Case of Insufficient Available Credit on Your Card

The rent will not be transferred to the management company. You will need to do either register new credit card in the app or transfer the rent manually to your management company or landlord.
