Some of the information registered in your RentEase Lease Agreement can be changed from within the app. Please see below for the items that can be changed, the procedure to do so, and information on items that cannot be changed.
Items You Can Change
The following items can currently be changed directly within the app:
- Payment Amount
- Recipient's Bank Information (The bank account details of your real estate company or landlord)
- Payer's Name (Your name that is displayed to the recipient when the transfer is made)
Steps to Make Changes
- From the app's home screen, tap the "RentEase Lease Agreement" you wish to modify.
- From the menu at the bottom of the screen, tap "Contract Details".
- Tap the "Edit" button next to the item you want to change, then modify and save your changes.
How to Change Other Information
Items other than those listed above, such as property information (e.g., property name, address), cannot be edited within the app.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to first "invalidate" your current RentEase Lease Agreement and then create a new one with the correct information.
