You must contact your management company or landlord and inform them about two things.
- You want to change your payment method from direct debit to bank transfer.
- Confirm the bank transfer details and notify your management company or landlord that payment date has changed to the 25th of each month.
If You Currently Pay Rent via Bank Transfer
Inform your management company that your rent transfer date will change to the 25th of each month.
Steps to Start Using RentEase
- Inform your management company about your payment method change.
- Obtain their approval before proceeding with RentEase registration.
- Sign up for RentEase and complete credit card registration and payment settings.
Your setup is now complete! RentEase will handle payments starting from the next cycle.
