Password reset email from RentEase is only sent to the registered email address. If you haven’t received the reset email, please check the following.
Common Causes & Solutions
- Check Your Email Address
- Make sure you entered the correct email address registered with RentEase.
- Check for uppercase/lowercase differences in your email.
- Look for typos or misspellings in the entered email address.
- Check Your Spam Settings
- Look in your spam/junk folder to see if the email was filtered.
- Allow emails from the @rent-ease.jp domain
- Enable receiving emails from PC senders.
- Allow emails that contain URLs.
- Check Your Mobile Carrier Settings
- If you have domain-specific filtering, allow @rent-ease.jp.
- Make sure your phone is set to receive emails from computers.
Haven’t Received the Email Yet?
- Double-check all email folders, including spam/junk
- Wait for 5 minutes after changing email settings, then request the reset email again.
- Please check your other email accounts in case you might have registered with a different email.
