According to RentEase's Terms of Use, credit card payments cannot be canceled once completed.
Exceptions Where Cancellation May Be Considered
A cancellation request may be reviewed only in the following situations.
- Confirmed fraudulent use of the credit card.
- The transaction was not authorized by the account holder, and RentEase determines it was an unauthorized charge.
- Other special cases as approved by RentEase.
