Can I cancel a payment after it has been processed?

No, RentEase does not allow cancellations of completed payments under normal circumstances. However, in exceptional cases, cancellation may be considered.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is Generally Not Allowed

According to RentEase's Terms of Use, credit card payments cannot be canceled once completed.

Exceptions Where Cancellation May Be Considered

A cancellation request may be reviewed only in the following situations.

  • Confirmed fraudulent use of the credit card.
  • The transaction was not authorized by the account holder, and RentEase determines it was an unauthorized charge.
  • Other special cases as approved by RentEase.

Cancellation Request Process

  1. Contact the RentEase Support Team
    If you notice an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction, report it to RentEase Support immediately.
  2. Provide Detailed Explanation & Evidence
    Describe the situation in detail and submit any necessary proof or supporting documents.
  3. Review & Evaluation by RentEase
    RentEase will review your request and determine whether cancellation is possible.
  4. Processing the Cancellation
    If the cancellation is approved, RentEase will process the payment reversal.

Even if cancellation is approved, refunds may not be immediate.
