You can stop using the RentEase service at any time.
You can easily complete the suspension process from the app by selecting either “Cancel Subscription” or “Invalidate RentEase Lease Agreement”.
No service fees will be charged during the suspension period.
Note: If you choose to invalidate your RentEase lease agreement, please be aware that you will need to create a new lease agreement to resume using the service later.

How to Cancel a Subscription

1. Log in to the RentEase app.

2. On the home screen, tap the arrow next to the RentEase Lease Agreement you wish to cancel payment for.
※You can also check your lease agreements by selecting "RentEase Lease Agreement" on the home screen and tapping “View All.”

3. On the confirmation screen, review the details and tap "Cancel Subscription."

4. On the next confirmation screen, review the information and tap "Confirm" to complete the process.

How to Invalidate a RentEase Lease Agreement

1. Log in to the RentEase app.

2. On the home screen, tap the arrow next to the RentEase Lease Agreement you wish to deactivate.

3. From the displayed screen, tap "Invalidate."

4. On the confirmation screen, review the information and tap "Confirm" to complete the process.

Important Notes Regarding Suspension of Service

Automatic credit card billing that occurs on the 15th of each month will be stopped.

You will still be able to log into your account.

Your transaction history will remain viewable.

If you have any outstanding payments, you will not be able to cancel your subscription or invalidate your lease agreement. Please follow the appropriate steps regarding unpaid balances.

Information
Even during the suspension of service, any RentEase Points you have accumulated up to that point will remain valid.However, please note that points will expire if more than one year has passed since the last time they were earned. Be sure to check the expiration date to avoid losing your points.

Danger
If you stop using the RentEase service, you will need to handle your rent payments on your own.Please make the payment using the method specified by your property management company or landlord (such as bank transfer or automatic withdrawal).

How to Resume Service

If you wish to resume using the RentEase service with a RentEase Lease Agreement for which the subscription was stopped, you can easily do so by following the steps below.
However, please note that if the RentEase Lease Agreement was invalidated, resumption is not possible.

If You Want to Add a New Credit Card

On the home screen, tap the RentEase Lease Agreement you wish to resume.

Tap Set Payment Method.

Tap Add Credit Card, then select Add a New Credit Card.

Enter your new card information and complete the payment.

If You Want to Use a Previously Registered Card

On the home screen, tap the RentEase Lease Agreement you wish to resume.

Tap Set Payment Method.

Select the previously registered card you want to use, and complete the payment.

Once completed, the service will be resumed.
