You can suspend RentEase service free of charge. You can easily suspend the service through the app, and no fees will be charged during the suspension period.
How to Suspend Service
Please follow these steps in the RentEase app.
- Tap "Payment" from the bottom menu on the home screen
- Select "Click here to suspend monthly payments"
- Read the precautions carefully and tap "Suspend Service"
After completing the suspension procedure, the monthly payment on the 15th will not be processed. If the current month's payment has already been processed, the transfer to the management company will proceed as scheduled.
About Rent Payments During Suspension
When you suspend RentEase service, you will need to handle rent payments yourself. Please pay using the method specified by your management company or owner (bank transfer or direct debit).
About Accumulated Points
Points accumulated through RentEase will be retained during suspension. However, please note that points will expire if there is no account activity for more than one year.
Steps to Resume Service
If you wish to resume using RentEase, you can easily do so following these steps. Like your initial use, an immediate credit card payment will be processed, with subsequent payments occurring on the 15th of each month.
If No Card Is Registered
If no cards are registered, please register a new card and process payment.
- Log in to the app
- Select "Payment" at the bottom of the home screen
- Select "Payment Method"
- Select "Add New Card"
- Enter new card information
- Select "Process Initial Payment" and complete the transaction
- After payment completion, the new card will be set as default
If One or More Cards Are Registered
Process payment and subscription registration using a registered card.
- Log in to the app
- Select "Payment" at the bottom
- Select "Payment Method"
- Select "Switch" for your preferred card from "Credit Card List"
