If you wish to delete your RentEase account, please follow the steps below.
Account Deletion Procedure
- In the app, go to [Account] and tap [Delete Account].
- Review the information and tap "Confirm".
- The procedure is now complete.
Important Notes
- If you have an active RentEase Lease Agreement, you cannot delete your account. Please invalidate your RentEase Lease Agreement before proceeding with the account deletion.
- Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
