1. Basic Information
- Full Name (in kanji and furigana)

- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Current Address
※Please enter your current residential address, not the address of the property you are applying for.
2. Email Address
Please register an email address that you frequently check, as it will be used to receive important notifications.
3. Password
Create a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes both letters and numbers.
4. Identity Verification Information
Identity document (either driver's license, passport, or My Number Card)
5. Rental Agreement & Bank Transfer Information

To ensure accurate entry of property details, landlord, and tenant information, please have your rental agreement on hand before proceeding. The details entered must match those stated in the agreement. - Bank Transfer Information
If you are currently paying rent via automatic withdrawal, please contact your property management company or landlord to switch to bank transfer payments. Additionally, we recommend confirming your bank transfer details in advance, including the bank name, branch name, and account number.
