The subscription can be canceled in RentEase by following the steps below.
However, please note that after the initial payment or a payment made using a newly registered credit card, cancellation is not available until 9:00 AM on the 15th of the month. If you wish to make changes, please do so after 9:00 AM on the 15th.
How to Cancel a Subscription
1. Log in to the RentEase app.RentEase
2. On the home screen, tap the arrow next to the RentEase Rental Agreement you wish to cancel the payment for.
※You can also view the agreement by selecting “RentEase Rental Agreement” on the home screen and then tapping “View All.”
3. On the confirmation screen that appears, review the details and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Check the details again on the final confirmation screen, then tap Confirm to complete the process.
Frequently Asked Questions
When does the subscription cancellation take effect?
Once the cancellation process is completed, it will take effect from the next scheduled payment date (the 15th of each month).
What happens to rent payments after cancellation?
Rent payments will no longer be processed through RentEase. Therefore, you will need to make payments directly to your property management company or landlord.
