The subscription can be canceled in RentEase by following the steps below.
However, please note that after the initial payment or a payment made using a newly registered credit card, cancellation is not available until 9:00 AM on the 15th of the month. If you wish to make changes, please do so after 9:00 AM on the 15th.
How to Cancel a Subscription
1. Log in to the RentEase app.
2. On the home screen, tap the arrow next to the RentEase Lease Agreement you wish to cancel the payment for.
※You can also view the agreement by selecting “RentEase Lease Agreement” on the home screen and then tapping “View All.”
3. On the menu screen that appears, tap "Cancel Subscription".
4. Check the details on the final confirmation screen, then tap ”Confirm” to complete the process.
