With RentEase, your first credit card payment is processed immediately upon card registration. Please check below for the payment flow.
First Credit Card Payment & Rent Transfer Timing
If You Register Your Credit Card Between the 1st and 15th (Before 8:50 AM)
- Your credit card is charged immediately upon registration.
- Rent transfer to the management company will occur on the 25th of the same month.
- Be careful not to double-pay your rent for the month!
If You Register Your Credit Card Between the 15th (After 9:00 AM) and the End of the Month
- Your credit card is charged immediately upon registration.
- Rent transfer to the management company will occur on the 25th of the next month.
- You must manually pay rent for the current month directly to your management company.
Additionally, even on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, payments will be processed as usual. If a transfer coincides with a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
Credit Card Payment & Rent Transfer Timing from Second Month
From the second month onward, the following fixed payment schedule applies
- Every 15th (Between 8:50 AM – 9:00 AM): Credit card is charged.
- Every 25th: RentEase transfers the rent to your management company.
Important Payment Considerations
To avoid payment errors, please ensure the following before your payment date
- Balance of the credit card
- Expiration date of the card
※There are no restrictions on your card (e.g., foreign transaction limits)
