You can change information such as your address and phone number within the RentEase app. Please see below for details on what information can be changed and the procedure to do so.
Please note that you cannot change your name, date of birth, or email address. If you need to change this information, you will have to delete your current account and create a new one.

You can update the following details directly from the RentEase app.
- Address
- Phone number
- Password
Steps to Update Your Basic Information
Log in to the RentEase app and follow the steps below.
- Tap the "Profile icon" on the far right of the bottom menu.
- In the profile screen, tap the "gear icon" at the top right.
- Tap "Edit Profile."
- Enter your updated information.
- Review the content and tap "Update" to complete the process.
